The 12 Week Powerbuilding is designed to not only make you lift bigger but look better while doing so. It is a true powerbuilding program built around increasing size and strength at the same time. The program comes with the highly requested 5x a week, more traditional split. More specificity on Powerlifting with some heavier loads. More options for variations and customization. More flexibility with RPE and auto regulation
The Nutrition For Muscle Building, is more than a simple Excel. This program functions as a virtual coach. The Excel(or google sheet) will help you figure out the right calories you need to eat, the right macros, the right ratio of fat/carbs, the optimal rate of weight for you to gain and more. Gone are the days of bulking and getting too fat quickly. Our Excel will help take into account your progress, updating what you should be eating as you begin to gain weight.
