“You can't build muscle, you're a girl.”
“Eww, muscle?! That's manly!!”
“Why are you lifting heavy? You are going to get bulky!!!”
And to be honest, for a long time, I believed them. So I would stick to light weights, a lot of reps, starve myself in the silly hope of looking like the women on the cover of magazines and silently struggle with body image issues.
I did this for a awhile and after not getting a lot of results, I became frustrated. Was I always going to be stuck looking the way I do? What was wrong with me?
If this sounds familiar to you, it's because I WAS just like you. I was lost, looking for the right direction. Luckily, I finally found it.
Through doing research of my own and with the help of others, I learned what real training looked like. I learned that lifting heavy wouldn't make me bulky. In fact, it would give me the body I wanted. Strong, slim, confident. I started training more intensely and with heavier weights and as I did, my body started changing for the better.
My butt got bigger and went from a flat pancake to a stronger, perkier butt. Despite lifting heavy, my waist appeared to be getting smaller (it wasn't, my butt was just growing and so were my shoulders, helping to accentuate the hourglass figure). Finally I was getting the results I've always wanted.
And it all started with me deciding to take control of my training, get the proper coaches to help me on my journey.
The good news? You can too.
I've teamed up with my Coaches to give you guys the most comprehensive size and strength program out there.
